Carlos Monroy
While in college, Carlos worked for Marcus & Millichap, the 7th largest commercial real estate brokerage firm. He focused on investment sales for NNN properties throughout the country.
Carlos graduated from the University of Redlands with a B.S. in Business Administration, and joined CRE lending company, Liberty SBF. He joined the company as a Business Development Officer (BDO) to originate SBA 504 and conventional loans for industrial properties in California. He was quickly promoted to Senior BDO and was the 3rd top producing salesman in the company.
Shortly thereafter, Carlos joined PeerStreet, a trailblazing real estate technology company that provides capital to brokers and lenders for residential bridge and non-QM loans.
Carlos’ background in real estate sales and financing gives Padua Partners a unique competitive advantage and network of capital providers. Carlos and JD decided to put their individual skillsets and networks together to form Padua Partners.
